letcho with mozarella (2 persons)

  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 green paprika
  • 1 can of sweet corn
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 onion
  • some small cut bacon
  • herbs
  • instant soup
  • mozarell and parsley for garnish

cut everything in small pieces and roast the onion and bacon till everything is gently brown. now put tonatoes, paprika and sweet corn into a cooking pot, simmer the vegetable for 15-20 minutes. now put the herbs and the instant soup into the dish. serve the letcho with mozarella and some bread as a starter.

SORRY that it took me soooooooo long to write something about my fantastic EBBP#6-present!!!


when my pacel arrived i could not stop smiling. it was a pacel from england (you have to know that i love england) . my secret santa sent me so many lovely and tasty things...

  • BURNT SUGAR christmas pudding crumbly fudge
  • OXFORDSHIRE HONEY
  • TYRRELLS all natural apple chips
  • TYRRELLS hand fried parsnip chips, never taste things like that
  • self made cookies (verry yummy and it was also special becaus it was selfmade)
  • and last but not least THE OBSERVER FOOD MONTHLY (a verry interesting magazine)

a colourful rice dish

  • rice for 4 persons
  • 3 sweet pepper (red, green, yellow)
  • 1 onion
  • tomato purre
  • salt, pepper, spices you like


  1. first you have to cook the rice
  2. cut the sweet pepper and the onion in small peace
  3. roast the tomato puree, sweet pepper and onion gently
  4. when the rice is cooked, sweet pepper and onion are lightly brown mix everything together and stir the rice sweet pepper onion mix for a few minutes
  5. now flavour the dish as you like

today i give you a "comic strip recipe" for 2 persons...


Semmelschmarrn


  • 3 "old" rolls (2 ore 3 days old)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 small package of vanilla sugar
  • 3 EL of sugar
  • ¼ l of milk
  • some raisin


now the recipe begin...
  • once upone a time 3 "old" rolls go to work














  • after work the rolls have a barth with milk, eggs and sugar (like cleopatra). the small rolls sipped the milk, egg and sugar mix till the howl bowl is empty











  • now the rolls go to sleep into the oven (220 °C, 25-30 minutes) . the pan the rolls sleep should have some melted butter in it, and so there is no rude awakening





  • in the end you say yummy...
