some kind of goulash...
(2 persons)



1/2 kg of turkey meat (small cut)
2 carrot (small cut)
2 red onion (thik-featured)
some small cut bacon
herbs, instant soup, balsamico vinegar, tomato puree

  1. roast the small cut turkey with some oil till the turkey meat is gently brown. now put the meat out of the pan.
  2. fry the carrots, red onion, bacon and some tomato puree for 5-8 minutes
  3. now lump everything together and give some balsamico vinegar (don't forget the instand soup and the herbs) into the pot.
  4. whipped cream and 5 minutes more makes a great goulash
