1/2 kg of turkey meat (small cut)
2 carrot (small cut)
2 red onion (thik-featured)

herbs, instant soup, balsamico vinegar, tomato puree

- roast the small cut turkey with some oil till the turkey meat is gently brown. now put the meat out of the pan.
- fry the carrots, red onion, bacon and some tomato puree for 5-8 minutes
- now lump everything together and give some balsamico vinegar (don't forget the instand soup and the herbs) into the pot.
- whipped cream and 5 minutes more makes a great goulash
