300 g apple

100 g cranberries

2 EL of custard powder

2 EL breadcrumbs

2 EL powdered sugar

50 ml unfiltered apple juice

  1. cut the apples in small peaces and mix the cranberries, custard powder, breadcrumbs and 2 EL of sugar together
  2. flour, baking powder, curd cheese, oil, 50 g of sugar, pinch of salt in a bowl and make a dough
  3. don’t know how to tell you and so I give you a picture

  1. put it into the oven (180° C, 25-30 minutes)
  2. now you need the powdered sugar and the apple juice. Mix it together and ice the calzone.
  3. in the end the calzone have too cool down

this is the first sweet thing I have ever made in my flat, maybe the last too…

Now there's an original concept!

I love the idea of a sweet calzone, something I should try.

Come to think of it, I've never tried my hand at a standard calzone either...
